Apply to Present

The Arizona Technology Investor Forum welcomes submissions from technology companies seeking angel financing. We hold four Investment Meetings each year for select entrepreneurs to present their companies and investment opportunities to ATIF members.

Submission Requirements

To be qualified for consideration to present to ATIF, companies must meet certain requirements:

  • Technology startup companies with strong ties to Arizona
  • Seed or early stage seeking investments of $50,000 to $500,000
  • Completion of all questions on the submission application
  • Submission of a Business Plan, Financial Plan, Executive Summary, and Presentation

Submit Your Application

We use the Angelsoft online deal-flow and portfolio management tool for accepting submissions, tracking and collaborating on early-stage investments

  1. Click the Entrepreneur Login button above and you will be redirected to the ATIF application entry page on Angelsoft (www.angelsoft.com) – our online submission tool.
  2. If it is your first time using Angelsoft, you will need to register for an account.
  3. After you login, you will be asked to answer pertinent questions about your business. You will have the opportunity to upload required documents and attach additional documents.
  4. When all required information is completed, use the “SUBMIT” button in Angelsoft to send your application to ATIF.

Note: you will have the ability to continue to change and add to your application on Angelsoft, if more information becomes available.

We encourage all Arizona-based startups to apply for approval by the Arizona Department of Commerce Small Business Capital Investment Tax Incentive Program.
